Monday, Aug 3 - Upcoming Week Schedule

• Monday, August 3 – Wednesday, August 5: Masterclasses and marching
  uniform fittings (see schedules below)

• Monday, August 3 – Wednesday, August 5: Summer practice uniforms
  handed out at fittings

• Thursday, August 6: No band. This is a school professional development day.

• Friday, August 7: Evening full band rehearsal only (5 - 8pm)

Marching Uniform Fittings 

Fittings are required for every student. They take place in the Band Hall upstairs in the uniform room.

Find your student's group and time below. Please have your student arrive at the start of your assigned time (parents will not come inside unless they sign up for a volunteer spot).

Monday, August 3

• 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. — Wind Ensemble seniors uniform fittings

• 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. — Symphonic Band and Concert Band seniors uniform fittings

• 3:00 – 4:45 p.m. — Wind Ensemble juniors uniform fittings

Tuesday, August 4

• 1:15 – 3:00 p.m. — Symphonic Band and Concert Band juniors and sophomores uniform fittings

• 3:00 – 4:45 p.m. — Wind Ensemble sophomores and freshmen uniform fittings 

Wednesday, August 5

• 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. — Drum majors uniform fittings

• 10:45 – 11:45 a.m. — Symphonic Band freshmen uniform fittings

• 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. — Concert Band freshmen uniform fittings

Seniors are fitted first, then juniors, then sophomores, then freshmen. Students who marched last year already have a uniform. They only need to check that it still fits and also get sized for gloves and shakos (hats).
