Committees

• Photography — capture photos and memories throughout the season. Sign up

• Meals — provide pre-game and pre-contest meals. Sign up

• Cat Crew — hands-on help moving equipment and props on game and contest days. Sign up

• Chaperones — travel with and supervise students at events and trips. Sign up

• Uniforms – Marching — help fit, distribute, and maintain marching uniforms. Sign up

• Uniforms – Concert — help with concert uniform fittings and alterations. Sign up

• Mums — help hand out homecoming mums & garters (Fall). Sign up

• Social — help plan band socials and celebrations. Sign up

• Hospitality — feed and care for our students & staff at events. Sign up

• ​Ways & Means — support fundraising efforts throughout the year. Sign up

• Varsity Revue — help with our winter Varsity Revue show. Sign up

• Jazz Under the Stars — help with our spring jazz & auction event. Sign up

• Spirit Wear — help sell and distribute band spirit wear. Sign up

Fundraising

• Recycling / Haul Helper — families with trucks or trailers help haul recyclables to GeoMet (easy funds, no cost). Sign up

• Garage Sale Committee (2027) — collect, sort, price, and sell donations at our big community garage sale. Sign up

• Community Sponsorships — help solicit local business sponsors and community partners (coordinated with Ways & Means). Sign up

• FMMS Representative — serve as a liaison between FMMS and LHHS Band programs . Express Interest

Our Booster Club

​

The Lake Highlands Area Band Club, or LHABC, provides support for the directors and the 600+ members of the Lake Highlands High School, Forest Meadow Middle School, and Lake Highlands Middle School band programs. 

 

Any adult with a band student in grades 6-12 at any of the LH cluster schools is welcome to attend the LHABC General Meetings for updates. The meetings are presented by the LHABC Board, which is made up of parent volunteers, prior to the high school band concerts in Fall and Spring.​​
